LAKEVILLE - The baseball team erupted for five fourth-inning runs to turn a 2-0 lead into a 7-0 cushion en route to a 8-0 conference victory over Tippecanoe Valley. After taking an early 2-0 lead, LaVIlle erupted for five runs to grab momentum.  The big hit in the inning came off the bat of Karson Quinn, cranking a bases loaded double to left field, clearing bags for a 7-0 advantage. LHS tacked on a run in the bottom of the sixth for the final margin. Andrew Wolford got the complete game victory, tossing seven innings, allowing four hits, striking out 10 batters and walking two. Andrew Schwitz and Riley Filley led the Lancer offense with two hits each. Foster added three RBIs.
