On Tuesday night, the Lady Lancers' run to the State Track & Field Championships came to an end. Thrower Dennie Markn was LaVille’s only athlete to advance. Markin finished the season with a strong throw of 105’3 in the preliminaries, but it wasn’t enough to advance to the finals. Markin will have a second chance in her senior season next year.
