BREMEN - LaVille softball battled longtime rival Bremen, coming from behind twice to regain the lead, only to give way later for a 17-7 setback. Senior Kylah Bell led the Lancers with two hits, while freshman lead-off hitter Lexi McQueen drove in three runs while going 1-for-2 with a walk and a sacrifice fly. Lauren Hobkirk came on in relief and suffered the loss in the circle for the Lancers. The Lancers fall to 3-6 overall and 0-4 in the Indiana Northern State Conference. LHS returns to the diamond April 30 when league rival Tippecanoe Valley pays a visit to Newton Park.
