KNOX - It's been almost a week since LaVille Lady Hoops last competed. And as GAMEDAY takes us to Harold Weinberg Gymnasium at Knox High School for a Indiana Northern State Conference matchup. Both the Lancers and Redskins are tied for fourth place in the INSC standings. The December 12 game is crucial to the conference standings and as both teams come up on the holiday break. Knox, under the direction of first-year coach Rob Krueger, comes in at 3-8 overall and 1-2 in INSC play.  The Redskins are coming off a 51-46 loss at Rochester on December 10. Krueger's team is led by Riley Taylor, who averages 13.3 points per game and 2.6 steals per outing.  Jayla Patrick is the top rebounder and Serenity Nava the team assist leader. LaVille is 2-6 overall and also 1-2 in loop play following a 58-36 INSC loss to league-leader and #7 ranked Bremen. Coach Nicholas Amor's club is led by Faith Mejer, who averages 14.9 ppg, 2.5 steals, and a blocked shot.  Denni Markin leads the team in rebounds and assists. Game on ...
